Accessing Your W2 - Admin Access

NOTE: W2s ARE ONLY ACCESSIBLE TO ACTIVE EMPLOYEES, TERMINATED EMPLOYEES WILL RECIEVE THEIR W2 BY US MAIL.  THEY WILL BE MAILED ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 31 EACH YEAR.

As an administrator, you will have access to download other employee's W2.  You can do this in bulk or individually.  To access the W2, please use the following instructions:

  1. Login to Paid
  2. Access the Menu in the top left corner
  3. Select the "Team" tab
  4. Select Payroll
  5. Select Forms
  6. Select W2s
  7. Here you can select one or many W2s for download.  Simply mark the check box on the side and then click the Download button.  You will then choose the format of W2 you would like to use.  We provide the employee with the "One Employee Per Page" option.  If you choose another option, multiple employees will appear on one page, please use caution if you send the page to an employee.

We encourage clients to make a copy for their records by selecting all employees using the checkbox on the header row.  The choose download and select the download type of One Employee Per Page.

Due to the high volume of fraud, we encourage clients to verify employees before providing W2s to employees.
